INVOLVE enter the new year with gusto. It all kicks off with the delivery of the GE Healthcare Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, helping to create traction behind the new Vision. Also, the AstraZeneca ‘Inspire to Innovate’ project will be launched next week. This is an opportunity for all R&D employees to take part in an innovative and science based campaign of activities and experiences, created by INVOLVE. This will help empower employees to take a more courageous approach in actioning their innovative ideas – happening over 14 sites across 8 countries – and create a sizeable shift in the current culture.

INVOLVE once again did something rather different at this year’s Christmas party. We took the Eurostar to Brussels and spent the day and evening exploring the winter markets, soaking up the culture and experimenting with the local brew. Fuzzy heads the next day but a wonderful celebration of what has been a great year.

Add to that the news that we have just won two great pieces of work with Mars and GSK, the team have well and truly earned a short festive break.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.

2010 is off to a refreshing start. We’ve all been very busy in the first 7 weeks of the year, already completing projects including; a company-wide employee engagement strategy and tools for an energy company, a live experience to help Molson Coors Brewers align 1,200 employees behind their strategy, a series of culture change workshops to help a global conglomerate launch its new leadership development and strategy, several events to help different parts of GSK get closer to its customers and a project to coach AXA’s finance leaders to inspire their people around their plans for 2010. We’re also delighted to have successfully become part of the COI Events, Exhibitions & Technical Services framework.
