This role is paramount to the success and longevity of these client relationships. You will be responsible for the initial analysis and diagnosis of the client’s needs and working with the agency team to determine how those needs can be met. Projects may include re-engaging the workforce fast, articulating their strategic story, activating company values, accelerating culture change, creating a change breakthrough zone or, designing an effective leadership conference.
It is the Culture and Engagement Director’s responsibility to work with the in-house Project Directors and the client’s senior stake holders to devise an effective solution with real ROI. The end goal is to increase employee engagement, change employee behaviour and so improve company performance. Once the Culture and Engagement Director is comfortable with the solution they manage the senior stakeholders, maintain agency service levels and keep multiple projects on track.
The Culture and Engagement Director must have exceptional people skills, commercial acumen and an ability to put themselves in employee’s shoes in a variety of situations. Suitable candidates will have experience of working within a client-facing consulting/services environment. You will have experience of dealing with established senior management teams and will be able to build rapport easily and maintain ongoing relationships. You will have a strong functional knowledge of employee engagement and change management and a proven track record of successful project management. Individuals who have moved in to employee engagement/change roles within a corporate environment will also be of interest providing they have previously worked within a consulting environment.
